Gourmet, pourable pancake batter made with clean ingredients and organic superfoods. Our pour-and-flip batter is versatile enough for pancakes, waffles, muffins, and more—no mixing, measuring, or extra dishes. We freeze the batter to keep it fresh without preservatives or chemical stabilizers. Gluten-free and vegan options available.
Shelf life: 1 year frozen; up to 1 week refrigerated after defrost.

We use organic whole-grain wheat and barley (our gluten-free batters are rice-based) and superfoods like organic flax and organic chia for added protein, fiber, and omegas. Lightly sweetened with organic, fair-trade sucanat (unrefined) and used sparingly.

We also make Chaga Maple Syrup—organic Vermont maple syrup infused with 500 mg of wild-harvested Alaskan Chaga mushroom. The flavor is fantastic, and the uses are endless.
