Deb later decided to make cookies her full-time gig and opened her first cookie shop in Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood in 1995 and aptly named it “Friday’s Cookies”. She later purchased a wholesale cookie company, Bite Me, Inc. Today Bite Me Cookies produces a wide array of cookies and offers them throughout the United States under the Bite Me! and Friday’s brands. Bite Me also private labels and co-packs a variety of products for companies across the country.
