When the company started in 2013, it launched its own brand LAMESA – Gourmet Lebanese Specialties – with ten products: Cheese Rolls, Kebbeh Bites, Mini Kebbeh Bites, Cheese Sambousik, Meat Sambousik, Mini Pizza, Spinach Fatayer, Mini Manouche Zaatar, Cheese and Kechek. Starting 2015 till date, LAMESA’s range expended to dozens of products ranging from Chich barak to doughs, Kebbeh, Fatayer, Rolls, Pizza, Foul, Hummus, Baba Ghannouj, Knefe, Manouche, Pickles & Sambousik. LAC plans to continue the expansion of its product line to include new mezze specialties offered to consumers around the world to enjoy the authentic taste and quality of the Lebanese gourmet.

It was the dream of four young ambitious and visionary entrepreneurs who were passionate about the traditional Lebanese mezze and wanted to share their dream by offering high-quality frozen homemade appetizers that not only look like those prepared at home, but also smell and taste like mom’s and grandma’s recipes. LAC factory holds high the flag of quality and trust. It is built as per the ISO standards and operates under the supervision and control of a trustworthy food safety and quality department, thus complying with the highest international norms and regulations.
