Tal’s Mediterranean is a women-owned, AAPI-owned specialty food brand bringing authentic Mediterranean flavors to everyday meals. Founded in 2019, the brand is built on five generations of family recipes and a mission to make clean, flavorful, and culturally authentic foods accessible to modern consumers.


Our product line includes tahini, toum (garlic spread), and babaganoush, crafted with simple, high-quality ingredients such as fresh garlic, lemon juice, and premium sesame seeds. All products are vegan, plant-based, and made in the USA, with no artificial preservatives or fillers.


Tal’s Mediterranean is currently available in approximately 1,000 retail locations across the U.S. West Coast and continues to expand nationally through strategic retail partnerships. The brand is WBENC-certified and focuses on education-driven marketing, in-store demos, and strong category storytelling to drive trial and repeat purchase.


At Winter Fancy Faire, Tal’s Mediterranean is showcasing its clean-label Mediterranean dips designed to meet growing consumer demand for bold flavor, transparency, and globally inspired everyday foods.
