Angel’s Salumi & Truffles was founded in 2010 by Pascal Besset, an Executive Chef from the South of France. Our Angel’s mission is to produce unique, handcrafted salami made with the finest natural meats, inspired by Mediterranean and European influences. We use purebred Berkshire Pork and wild game meats: bison, duck, wild boar, and venison. All of our meats are certified to be free of antibiotics, steroids, and growth hormones, with the game meats raised either free-range and cage-free or wild. Our Berkshire Pork is a particularly sweet, tender, moist, and highly aromatic meat. Every taste of our products invokes the long history of passion and dedicated, worldly experience that goes into the creation of each one. You must start with the highest quality to finish with the finest product.
