Tohi Distillery Debuts at the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York
Kohila, Estonia – June 2026 – Tohi Distillery, an independent craft distillery from Estonia, will participate in the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York for the first time, presenting its premium spirits to buyers, importers, distributors, and industry professionals from around the world.
Located in a beautifully restored 250-year-old historic distillery building, Tohi Distillery combines traditional craftsmanship with modern production standards. The distillery is dedicated to producing premium spirits using naturally filtered groundwater, carefully selected ingredients, and small-batch distillation methods that emphasize quality and consistency.
At the heart of Tohi Distillery's philosophy is a commitment to using the finest raw materials available while maintaining a responsible and sustainable approach to production. From ingredient sourcing to energy use and packaging choices, sustainability is considered throughout the production process.
