Saturday Sauce

Saturday Sauce is a tomato-based Middle Eastern starter sauce inspired by my North African family recipe. It’s made with fresh vegetables, mostly organic ingredients, and extra-virgin olive oil (seed-oil-free). While it’s best known as a fast, 8-minute shakshuka base, customers also use it with fish, meat, grains, vegetables, and as a dip or condiment. The line is shelf-stable with a two-year shelf life, vegan, gluten-free, kosher-certified, and non-GMO, and is available in Slightly Spicy and Mild in both 16-oz and 24-oz jars, as well as foodservice formats (8 lb. and 40 lb. bags).
