Fischer & Wieser Specialty Foods announces the relaunch of Mom’s Pasta Sauce, an award-winning, super-premium brand reimagined for today’s specialty food landscape. The refreshed line features all-new recipes and updated packaging designed for high shelf impact, now available at Fischer & Wieser retail stores and online at FWfarmstead.com. Wholesale orders will be available beginning in early August.
Originally recognized as a standout in the premium pasta sauce category, Mom’s returns with a renewed focus on craftsmanship, flavor, and differentiation. The relaunch introduces five distinctive varieties: Classic Garlic & Basil, Creamy Special Marinara, Hill Country Peach Pomodoro, Southwest Nopales Marinara, and Spicy Smoked Arrabbiata, with each crafted to bring a fresh perspective to a category often defined by tradition.

Built on a foundation of San Marzano–style tomatoes, small-batch production, and simple, premium ingredients, the new recipes balance authentic Italian technique with flavors inspired by the Texas Hill Country. The result is a line that delivers familiar comfort with unexpected depth, from the subtle sweetness of Texas honey in the Peach Pomodoro to the earthy brightness of nopales, an ingredient rooted in both Southwestern US and Southern Italian cooking traditions.
