Puglia Sapori s.r.l.5038The story of Puglia Sapori began in 1990 in Conversano, in the heart of Puglia. Here, the D’Attoma family built a business project that, over time, has become a benchmark in the bread substitute market. Our core business has always been the tarallo: the quintessential traditional Apulian product, which has evolved over the years into the ideal snack for any moment of the day. Since its foundation, one of the key principles that has defined our company has been the combination of tradition and innovation. On the one hand, we continue to follow the authentic recipe of the Apulian tarallo, including the boiling process that ensures its stability and crunchiness. On the other hand, our R&D department continuously works on developing products capable of meeting new tastes and trends while fully respecting the identity of the product. Puglia Sapori is present in the leading Italian large-scale retail chains, including Esselunga and Selex, with widespread distribution especially across Central and Northern Italy. On the export side, our products are available on the shelves of Eataly stores in some of the world’s most strategic cities: New York City, Los Angeles, Dubai, Paris, London, and Toronto. We also collaborate with importers in Spain, France, United States, Norway, Lithuania, and Netherlands, where the Apulian tarallino is winning over a new audience, especially during aperitivo occasions. Looking at these emerging markets, we decided to expand our range of gourmet tarallini, featuring distinctive and appealing flavors designed to meet evolving consumer trends. In this context, we recently launched our gourmet black pepper tarallini, created for consumers seeking a snack that evokes the tradition of Puglia while offering a bolder character. Alongside this, we continue to develop the “I Saporiti” line, flavored multipacks designed for a younger target audience. The “I Saporiti” range has been highly successful thanks both to its convenient multipack format of six 35g bags and to its attractive flavors: potato and rosemary, tomato and oregano, and barbecue. Our goal is to strengthen our presence in international markets, invest in research and sustainability, and continue bringing the authenticity of the Apulian tarallo to places where it has not yet arrived.
