Under the claims “Authentic Italian Goodness” and “Passionate about what is naturally good,” the company will present its latest gluten-free innovations to international buyers, distributors, and food professionals. Farabella® will showcase its 2026 launches alongside its established range of more than 70 pasta and gnocchi formats. New products include the “I Classici” 1 kg family-size pasta packs and a Brown Rice Pasta line available in traditional and specialty shapes, already earning strong consumer appreciation in Italy. In the breakfast category, Farabella® introduces a refreshed recipe for “i Cuccioli” oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips, joining the brand’s “No Sugar” and “Lactose Free” ranges. Founded in Fara San Martino, in Italy’s Abruzzo region famous for its pasta-making tradition, BioAlimenta has spent nearly 30 years proving that gluten-free food can be naturally delicious for everyone.
