Our specialization and unique value lie in the production of raw sheep’s milk cheeses, as well as blends of sheep, goat, and cow’s milk. We also produce sheep’s milk cheese covered by the Zamorano Cheese Designation of Origin and the Castilian Cheese Protected Geographical Indication, both of which are part of the Tierra de Sabor quality seal.
