Founded by tastemaker and cookbook author of "Autentico," Rolando Beramendi, Manicaretti imports only the finest artisanal pantry products from Italy, working directly with Italian artisans who take extreme pride in representing the culinary traditions of their regions. We are a wholesaler selling to restaurants, specialty retailers, and distributors throughout the United States. Manicaretti has always been at the forefront of the modern food movement, and we continue to expand our portfolio to meet the current culinary tastes of consumers and to educate our customers about the authentic flavors of Italy. Through Friends of Manicaretti, we also offer an expanded selection of exceptional products made by artisan producers from around the world (Spain, France, Argentina, and more).
