Azienda Agricola Scisci is an Apulian olive mill specialized in the production of high-quality extra virgin olive oil, representing the authentic expression of the region’s olive-growing tradition. The core business focuses on extra virgin olive oil production, including Organic (BIO), IGP “Olio di Puglia”, and DOP certified oils, alongside traditional Apulian specialties such as vegetables in olive oil and tomato purée. The production process is based on a fully controlled and traceable supply chain, from olive reception and digital batch registration to cold extraction, immediate filtration, and nitrogen-inerted storage.
