The Specialty Food Association (SFA) is a membership-based trade organization representing producers, importers, and entrepreneurs shaping the future of food. Since 1952, SFA has championed the specialty food community by fostering innovation, education, networking, and business growth opportunities for its 4,400+ members.
The Association is best known for producing two premier industry events: the Winter FancyFaire* and the Summer Fancy Food Show. Together, these trade shows are the largest specialty food events in North America, bringing tens of thousands of buyers, makers, and food professionals together to discover products, build connections, and celebrate the creativity driving the $194 billion specialty food industry.
