We are Gaia Oliva, a woman-owned, award-winning premium extra virgin olive oil producer founded in 2020 in Türkiye’s Aegean region. We produce early-harvest, single-estate extra virgin olive oils using advanced cold-extraction technology to preserve freshness, flavor, and nutritional value.
Working with native varieties such as Memecik and Ayvalık, our oils are naturally high in polyphenols and known for their vibrant character and balanced, peppery finish. We are committed to sustainability, traceability from grove to bottle, and supporting local farmers, with a workforce predominantly made up of women.
Recognized among the top producers in the EVOO World Ranking and featured in the FLOS OLEI Guide, our oils are also kosher certified, reflecting our dedication to quality and excellence.
