Although there are over 300 varieties of clover flowers, Montana Sweet Clover (Melilotus officinalis) is prized for its superior taste. Our Montana Clover has been named the highest rated honey in the U.S, 5 years in a row. We harvest it as a pure Montana clover, meaning it is not blended with other varieties, and is among some of the lightest colored honeys produced. Our favourite quality is its candied sweetness.
