Our founder, Joe Ngo, was born and raised in San Jose, where backyard BBQs brought cultures together through food. It was in those moments that fusion dishes like birria pho and lemongrass pork tortas were born — food that celebrated community, creativity, and shared flavor.

Our signature Fried Rice Burrito helped put us on the map. We weren’t the first to create it, but we were the first to bring it to the masses through farmers markets and grocery stores — offering over 50 fusion varieties inspired by Asian, Mexican and American classics.
As our popularity grew, we began serving food service partners who wanted more than burritos — they wanted versatile, high-quality ingredients that could inspire new menu ideas. That’s how our pre-cooked meat fillings were born.
We source from trusted local partners like Golden Gate Meat Company, use Marianne’s Avocado Oil, and Son Fish Sauce, an award-winning Vietnamese brand known for its purity and flavor. Every product is made with whole ingredients and built around a deep respect for the cultures that inspire them.
Our newest line — pre-cooked Southeast Asian–inspired meat crumbles — transforms traditional flavors into convenient, ready-to-use formats. They can be used just like chorizo or Italian sausage to create rice bowls, noodle bowls, or wraps in minutes.
