We aren’t like other noodles, we’re cool noodles. But really, we are. We’ve treasured our century-old Taiwanese recipes since the start, grateful we were entrusted with how to take care of these three simple ingredients in our noodle: wheat, salt, and water. That’s it. No frying, nothing extra, just air-dried to literal perfection. We know a lot of noodles can get a bad rep for artificial colors or flavors or fillers, but we’re clean and vegan — talk about delicious.
