Heber Valley Artisan Cheese LLC

We are a fourth-generation family-owned creamery dedicated to crafting exceptional farmstead cheese using milk from our herd of Holstein cows in Midway, Utah. With nearly a century of dairy excellence, our cheeses have won several awards, including ACS and World Cheese Awards for Lemon Sage Cheddar, Vanilla Bean Cheddar, and Wasatch Pepper Jack, to name a few. By featuring our cheeses in your store or restaurant, you can elevate your offerings, attract customers who value quality and sustainability, and support our family’s commitment to local, high-quality dairy products.
