We use American Wagyu beef from Texas with 100% full-blood Wagyu genetics from Japan's Kobe region.
Each batch is 100% traceable, antibiotic- and hormone-free, fed a vegetable diet, grown naturally, nitrate- and nitrite-free, MSG-free, gluten-free, milk-free, has no artificial flavors, and is minimally processed.
