Our Apple, Hops, Honey Northwest Reserve is an expression of America's apple heritage, combining pre-prohibition heirloom apple varietals once thought lost, with fresh hops harvested in the brief autumn window when they are at their most aromatic, and finished with raw wildflower honey gathered from the rolling sub-alpine meadows of the Pacific Northwest, whose natural enzymes and antioxidants support overall wellness.
