As the largest pasture raised organic egg provider in the US, our farms produce eggs that are smaller than the USDA size standards. To create a fully-circular use for all size eggs, HBF Foods was created. We built a state-of-the-art facility to produce naturally-delicious, high-protein, ready-to-eat egg products. The deliciously nutritious products include hard-boiled eggs, deviled eggs and a revolutionary line of smooth, creamy, sweet and savory, upcycled egg-based dips, yogurts, smoothies, and dressings. To complete the loop, we have partnered with experts who take our eggshell 'waste' and separate the collagen from the shell to be further used in health & beauty aid products and other products, such as soil ammendments. In this manner, we strive to be the most intentional stewards of our natural resources and the most trusted partner to our customers. We are proud to also be a Certified B Corporation.
