Wild Lingonberries have a delicately sweet yet tart taste. They are sweeter and smaller than cranberries. Darbo sources the best lingonberries from Sweden, where they ripen under the cool northern summer sun. We then add, sugar, lemon juice concentrate and a touch of pectin. Use on pancakes or waffles to start your day…. spoon on ice cream or warm pound cake… and our sauce brings out the best in poultry, pork or wild game dishes, especially at Thanksgiving & Holiday.
