Our Black Truffle Salami (6.5oz or 2.5lb) is a favorite among our customers. This unique salami is made using 100% Berkshire Pork meat and 5% Black Truffles. It is fermented and then aged for three months in a dry room. We prepare our Black Truffle Salami with French Brandy and spices for an unforgettable taste. Our Angel’s mission is to produce unique, handcrafted salami made with the finest natural meats, inspired by Mediterranean and European influences. We use purebred Berkshire Pork and wild game meats: bison, duck, wild boar, and venison. All of our meats are certified to be free of antibiotics, steroids, and growth hormones, with the game meats raised either free-range and cage-free or wild. Our Berkshire Pork is a particularly sweet, tender, moist, and highly aromatic meat.
