America DeLoach is a Venezuelan entrepreneur, founder of Salsas Don Sebastian, and creator of the Latino Farmers Market in Chesterfield County, Virginia. After growing her salsa company from homemade family recipes into a successful regional food brand carried in more than 140 stores, she turned her passion toward helping other entrepreneurs succeed. Driven by a deep commitment to community, inclusion, and opportunity, America founded the Latino Farmers Market to create a welcoming space where Latino, minority-owned, and local businesses could grow, connect, and thrive.
