Dolciaria Gadeschi is an Italian manufacturer specializing in high-quality traditional biscuits. Founded in 1970 as a family-run business and part of the Lameri Group since 2004, we combine nearly 60 years of confectionery expertise with modern, efficient industrial production.
Our technologically advanced facility covers 28,000 m² and is equipped with 4 tunnel ovens, 3 packaging lines, and a fully automated warehouse with a capacity of approximately 5,400 pallets. With a production capacity of up to 24,000 kg per day, we ensure reliability, flexibility, and continuity of supply for our partners. Our processes are certified according to IFS (unannounced), BRCGS Food Safety, and ISO 9001.
